问下近期在卡特下单的TX

我最近在卡特下了2单，第一单很顺利的发货了，第二单买得有点多，收到一封要我上传信用卡账单和驾照的邮件 Dear Carter’s/OshKoshB’gosh Customer: Thank you for your recent Carters.com | OshKoshBgosh.com order. We greatly appreciate your business!It is our policy to complete verification of your billing name and address before we can proceed with your order.  However, due to your international credit card status we are unable to readily access your financial institution. To proceed with your order we request that you please fax or email: 1.   A copy of your credit card statement, concealing all but the last (4) digits of your card number, and displaying your billing name and address2.   A copy of your driver’s license You may respond to this email with the requested documents attached or fax this information to us at (001) 972-881-5038. Please refer to your order number, listed in the subject line of this email, when sending fax information.   Regrettably, due to product demand, we are unable to hold your order past (8) business days. If we have not been contacted within this timeframe, we will be forced to cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and look forward to hearing from you soon.     w我8月29日下的单，买了21件东西。国内卡加美国同学家地址，已经发货。之前还买过一次。也是21件，国内卡加转运地址，早就收到了。所以我想可能是随机的吧。你就按他说的做吧
