我在luisaviaroma购买一双鞋，相比下寄往美国较为便宜，于是我购买寄往美国的地址，可是我用中国建设银行信用卡支付。 第二天他们发了封邮件“在安排发货之前，我们会给您的银行发送一份申请，以核实您在LUISAVIAROMA.COM网的订单。 信用卡核实的过程需要数个工作日。 当商品开始配送时，您将会收到一封含快递追踪号的电子邮件，您可以于快递公司网站上查询配送进度。 “ 于是等了好几天他们发来了另外一封邮件“As per our previous email, we have been performing a routine check on your transaction but unfortunately we got no confirmation about your payment details, therefore your order can't be processed.We invite you to shop with LUISAVIAROMA.COM again soon and in order to avoid any inconvenience we invite you to fill in the billing information with the exact information related to the credit card used.As an alternative solution, you can choose bank wire transfer as a payment option.We regret that this order was not processed, and we are here if you have any question about placing a future order.hank you”后来去网站直接看到订单被取消了电话建设银行说已经被扣款了 大神们，你们有遇到这么问题吗？后来怎么解决的，谢谢，需要你们的帮助

    没有发货是不会扣款的，那只是预授权，冻结额度而已，后面会解冻。 你看下这个网站能否输入中国的账单地址，主要是你账单地址信息和信用卡信息不符，所以导致无法扣款的。

    谢谢你，刚打电话给客服，客服也说是消费不是预授权，然后查看了信用卡的未出账单，已经折汇成RMB显示消费了啊 这个中国账单地址是可以填写的，因为这个网站可以寄往中国，可是价格不同，所以我选择寄往美国，然后把账单地址也填写成美国的收货地址了

    如果显示是消费，那么你可以联系网站退款。我的意思是，能不能选择寄往美国，但是账单地址填中国的，就像美亚那样子。
