我这次在JCPENNEY上买的东西是不是黄了。前辈看一下

    海淘的时候，除了特殊网站，比如Macy's, Kohl's之外，尽量Billing Address填写真实地址，不行的话，再换成转运地址。

    另外，AE卡还是居家旅行必备，也不难办，就办一张吧，把额度设低点，不怕被盗刷，专门用来海淘。个人经验，供参考。
