     请问 有人在ebags上买过东西吗？我今天下午在ebags网上下了单后，银行马上发来扣费信息，我以为是下单成功了，但是就是看不到我的订单的任何信息，于是我发了邮件给客服，问是怎么一回事，现在打开邮箱发现有回复了，是这样写的                     Our records indicate that your order is yet to verified by our billing team that is why you are unable to see your order under your account. We request you to email us back with your exact billing and shipping address so that we will be in a better position to assist you further.billing and shipping address我写的都是转运地址，是不是账单地址出了问题呢？
