最近的瑕疵品怎么会如此之多,气愤,求英文好的前辈来支招

在EBAGS上买了个皮包,结果经过一个月的转运回来,发现上面有洞洞等瑕疵,写信给客服问为什么会这样,然后客服回信说Please note that you will be  refunded only if you return the item. You may return the item within 60 days from the date of purchase for prompt refund.  A return credit is issued within 24 hours after an item is received in our warehouse. It may take up to six business days for FedEx to deliver the item back to our warehouse after it is sent back. Also note that it can take 1-2  business days for this credit to post toyour account after it is received by us. If your refund is in the form of a credit on your credit card, then it may also take up to two billing cycles to be documented.
