在Carters官网帮儿子下了单OshKoshBgosh的衣服，当时就授权成功了，隔天收到官网邮件说：Dear Customer: We do apologize for the inconvenience. We would need the below information to proceed with the order. 1.   A copy of your credit card statement, concealing all but the last (4) digits of your card number, and displaying your billing name and address or a copy of the card itself also concealing all but the last four digits 2.   A copy of your driver’s license or government issued identification card with the cardholder’s information. 3.Please reply to: credit@carters.com or Fax (001) 972-881-5038 Once again we apologize for any inconvenience.Respectfully, Carters.com | OshKoshBgosh.com麻烦高手忙帮帮我（刚才有打过电话去，那个语速太快了，呵呵，听不清楚）
