新百伦工厂店订单出问题怎么办

昨天中午下的单，买了两双鞋。今天早上客服给我发邮件说订单有问题，我看意思大概就是因为账单地址无法验证，需要我回复邮件。请教一下我该如何回复？是不是回复了订单就不会被取消了？急急急…求大神速回复！下面是客服给我发的邮件 Thank you for your order from Joe's New Balance Outlet!
