求助！~5月17号在Chemist Direct下单至今未到~有MHI号~请有经验的淘友帮忙啊！~

各位淘友麻烦帮我看一下~5月17号我在Chemist Direct下了一单~只有五十多镑的小单~ 因为看到一些在该网站上下单的淘友大多要等一二十天也有一个多月的~所以我就一直等着~现在已经一个多月了~都没有到~我就联系了客服~开始有一个客服告诉我一百镑以下的都跟踪不到~21号以后再不到可以重发（事实上的确还没有到~而且我也不想重发一次万一还是到不了呢）然后第二个客服给了我MHI号~回复原文如下~I can confirm the tracking number as:MHI-68-00772661The company we use to send to your country only provides us with a tracking number that works up until the order leaves the UK. We aren't gine any further numbers we can advise.这个后面一句的意思是不是快递还没有离开英国啊？~然后查号的结果是~History:Mon 20/05/2013 09:05: Your order has been processed at the UK export facility. It is now on route to the receiver.Mon 20/05/2013 11:00: Your order has arrived at the interim distribution point for onward relay to the destination country. We expect delivery within a few days but no further tracking information is available.这个的意思是不是也是都没有出英国呢？~这样子还有没有到的希望？~如果这单真的丢了~那我是让他们重发一次还是直接退款啊？~哪一个比较保险？~ 求各位有经验的淘友帮忙解答~谢谢谢谢~！~{:3_59:}
