VITACOST说海关截了我的包裹

6.20在vitacost订购的，之前定过2单，因为发现顺利收到，所以下的这单，结果VITAcost给我的回复是要我联系海关代理，东西必须退回仓库才能返给我80%，问题了，丢了啊，我能找谁去，东西都不见了，大家有碰到这样的情况吗？： Dear ,Thank you for contacting Vitacost.com.
